New law leads to sharp rise in divorces in Spain in 2006
MADRID (AFP) — The number of divorces soared in Spain in 2006 compared to a year earlier when a new law which made the process of legally ending a marriage faster came into force, official figures showed Thursday.

i want to know why it is soooo hard for people to get divorced but soooo easy to get married. make it harder to get married and maybe there would be fewer divorces!
